About us
VILLA KATICA is only 20m from the natural pebbles beach and all our terraces and almost all rooms have spectacular views and natural surroundings of the Adriatic Sea.
The Villa is surrounded by bougainvillea and beautiful Adriatic garden. The scent of Adriatic Sea, lavender and rosemary, the rhythm of gently lapping waves, and the sound of seagulls greet you in the morning.
In the evening, you can walk on a promenade by the sea which is just 18m from the apartment and fall in love with the sunset by the sea.
