VILLA KATICA is Villa family Teklić for over 30 years touristic tradition, situated in the Dubrovnik region. 

All pebbles and sandy beaches in Slano have blue flags representing the ecological awareness, undisturbed nature and purity of the sea. 

Villa has 3 apartments and one double room, and all our terraces and almost all rooms have spectacular views and natural surroundings on the Adriatic Sea. You can enjoy in domestic, fresh fruit (grape or figs) which grow on your balcony or terrace.

Apartments have wi-fi, air conditioning system, TV, separate entrance, all corresponding facilities, own peaceful and isolated balcony or terrace (without neighbors 😊 and traffic).

Parking in shade is ensured for all guests free of charge (in the front of Villa).

Only few steps away from promenade by the sea and couple of minutes to pizzeria and small family shop with fresh bagels, fruits, drinks and basic necessities.
